| 摘 要： | 对教育工作而言,无论怎样强调教师质量的重要都是不过分的。针对我国目前教师教育的格局,分析了地方高校影响教师教育质量的四大因素,即办学目标定位、教学内容与课程体系、教学技术、教师基本素质培养的合理定位。具有教师培养职能的地方高校必须对此予以重视,以此推进地方高校自身的发展,为基础教育改革发展提供高质量的教师队伍。

| Abstract: | In any case,the teaching quality should be stressed.This paper analyzes the four factors which influence the teaching quality of local university teachers,namely,schooling orientation,teaching content and course system,technology and teachers' quality.These four factors should be emphasized to promote the development of local universities and colleges to provide qualified teachers for elementary education. |
