| 摘 要： | 工程创新是我国新型工业化道路上的一块"基石".人才是工程创新活动实践中最活跃的要素,工科高等院校肩负培养工程创新人才的重任.工程活动不但体现着人与自然的关系而且体现了人与社会的关系,教育除了传授知识,还要了解社会发展的需要,结合学生个人成才的愿望,培养社会主义市场经济需要的有社会责任感的工程创新人才.
