| 摘 要： | 影响高等教育资源配置的基本要素有政府、社会和市场、高校、学生,其基本模式有政府模式、市场模式、院校模式。当前我国高等教育资源配置存在资源短缺、产权不明晰、模式单一、使用效率低下等问题,应采取相应的对策,扩大与优化高等教育资源,提高资源的使用效率。

| Abstract: | The basic elements that affect resource alloncation in higher education consist of government,markets,institutions and students.The government mode,the market mode,and the institution mode are the basic patterns of resource alloncation in higher education.At present,the problems of resource alloncation in higher education in our country include shortage of resources,lack of clarity of property rights,single mode and the low efficiency in the use of it.Countermeasures should be taken to expand and optimize higher education resources and improve efficiency in the use of higher education resources. |
