中国共产党富民战略思想发展困境与解决路径解析

人民群众是历史的创造者，但是利益是促进人民创造历史的主要动力。任何一个执政党想要取得人民群众的支持，必须要注重满足人民尊重的利益需求。中国共产党的富民思想战略正是为了实现人民的利益。党的富民思想战略经历了建国初期的曲折前进和改革开放后的蓬勃发展，但在新时期也遭遇了诸如转变经济增长方式、分配领域的公平正义和其他社会矛盾的挑战。因此，必须注重人民群众主体性的发挥对构建富裕社会的价值能量，坚持构建和谐环境与经济发展同步前行，打造社会主义“四位一体”建设格局，三方面解析党的富民战略思想的困境和实现有效发展的路径选择。

Chinese Communist Party＇s Strategic Thought and Dilemmas about Enriching People

People are the creators of history,but the interest is the main driving force to promote people to create history.Any party who wants to get people’s support must pay attention to meet the needs of the people’s pursuits of the interests.Chinese Communist Party’s enriching the people strategy is just to meet people’s interests.The CPC strategy of enriching people was developed in the past.There fore,it has challenges in the new era such as the transformation of economic growth,fair and justice in the distribution field and other social conflicts.This third part of this paper focuses on the importance of exert people’s subjectivity to construct a wealth society,making harmonious environment constructing step with the economic developing,and constructing socialism "four in one" pattern,from these three aspect to achieve effective path to development the party’s enriching people strategy.
