| 摘 要： | "三个代表"重要思想体系,包括江泽民同志所提"创新动力论",以及由此导出的当代中国"国家创新体系",有力地推动了我国综合国力的提升.我国国家创新体系不仅面对着大量的自然科技新问题,而且面对着一系列哲学社会科学新问题,亟待创新解决.胡锦涛同志提出十四个"如何"的问题,也代表着国家创新体系对哲学社会科学更好发挥创新功能的深情呼唤.继江泽民同志和胡锦涛同志多次讲话后,中共中央2004年3号文件的下发进一步表明,当代中国哲学社会科学在解决这些新问题中的创新功能,的确是不可替代的,它构成了中国创新体系的难以或缺的主导子系统.

| Abstract: | The ideological system of "Three Representatives",including comrade Jiang Ze-min's"National Inauguration System"has greatly promoted a comprehensive national power in China.The national inauguration system of our country has not only met with many new problems of natural science and technology,but also philosphical and social science,which are demanded prompt solution.Comrade Hu Jing-tao,Chairman of the People's Republic of China,has paid great attention to philosphical and social science.He put forward 14"How" question to make us work hard at China's inauguration system. |
