| 摘 要： | 小微企业是中小企业中一个更特殊的群体，面临的融资约束更为严重。从小微企业融资约束的现状、特殊表现形式以及从金融结构视角对小微企业融资约束进行合理解释，如何优化我国金融结构和制定相关配套措施，从而缓解小微企业融资约束，促进小微企业发展。
