詹锳先生人才培养理念与启示

摘    要:詹锳先生的人才培养理念开始于战争年代,转型于异国他乡的求学期,最终形成于回归祖国后。詹锳对人才培养秉持先进的教育理念、优化教学内容,采用独到的教学方法。培养学生具有高尚的思想道德和爱国情操,培育宽广的国际视野与开放精神;抓住古代文学中对现实有指导意义的问题和项目,把学术研究和教学完美结合起来,采用文献考证法和现代的科学索引法教学与研究,不仅注重中国古代文学扎实的基础训练,也注重中国古代文学的实践教学。詹瑛的人才培养已取得了丰硕成果,对当今的古代文学教学与研究仍有启示意义。

Abstract:The educational thought of Mr. Zhan came from the revolutionary consciousness during the wa rtime, transformed when he studied overseas and finally formed after his return back to China. His educational thought includes three aspects: educational idea, teaching content and teaching methods. The idea of education is to cultivate students with noble ideological and ethical standard, patriotic sentiment, broad international vision and open spirit. The teaching content is to combine academic research and teaching perfectly through the problems and projects which have guiding significance in reality from ancient literature. The teaching method integrates the literature textual research method and the modern scientific index method, which not only pays attention to the solid basic training of ancient Chinese literature, but also focus on the practical teaching of ancient Chinese literature. Up to now, his educational thought has been instructive
