上古乡里制度与东亚文化共同体建设

家庭是中国古代社会最基本的组织单位，自上古开始，中国人自家庭由近及远不断扩展，形成了中国特有的乡里制度，由乡里制度产生出了乡土情怀，家庭、乡里都可以看作是程度不同的共同体，这些共同体是互助的利益联盟。中国人的家国情怀也是乡土情怀扩展了的较大共同体，由家国情怀再扩展到天下大同，四海一家的观念。乡土情怀和家国情怀、家国情怀和天下情怀并不是对立的。这是我们今天建立人类命运共同体观念的重要价值资源。而在建设人类命运共同体的过程中，我们需要首先重视东亚文化共同体的建设，而中日韩三国共同信奉的“忠恕”原则可以作为建立东亚共同体的基础。

Since the early ancient time s, the unit of Chinese people started from family and expanded continuously beyond , thus forming a unique rural system in China and the local feeling is generated from within . Both families and villages can be regarded as communities of varying degrees. These communities are mutual benefit alliances. The Chinese people’s feelings of home and country can be viewed as an expanded community of local feelings . It can be extended to the philosophy of world unity and universal family. Local feelings and national feelings, national feelings and world feelings are not contradictory. This is an important value resource for us to establish the concept of a community with a shared future for mankind today. In the process of building a community of shared future for mankind, we need to attach importance to the construction of the East Asian Cultural community first . The principle of “loyalty and forbearance” jointly believed by China, Japan and ROK can be used as the foundation for the establishment of the East Asian community.
