| 摘 要： | 影响中小企业技术创新的因素主要是资源投入不够,企业自身竞争意识不强,缺乏长远发展目标与规划,企业产权关系不明晰,政府支持力度不强等。因此,要提高中小企业技术创新水平,促进中小企业健康发展,必须改善创新环境,增加对企业的技术投入,进行产权制度创新和大力发展资本市场等。

| Abstract: | The main factors that influence the technology innovation in medium and small enterprises lie in insufficient investment,weak competitive awareness,short-sighted development aim and plan,vague property right and lack of governmental support.Therefore it is essential for medium and small enterprises to perfect its innovation surroundings,increase its technological investment,reform its property rights system and develop its capital market so as to improve the level of innovation and promote the sound development of the mediom and small euterprises in China. |
