| 摘 要： | 党的十七届五中全提出,把加快建设资源节约型、环境友好型社会作为贯彻落实＂十二五＂规划的重要着力点。马克思、恩格斯关于人与自然界关系的理论,是指导＂两型＂社会建设的真正理论基础。人与自然界关系的本质是既对立又统一,正确认识和处理这种关系,是解决当今资源、生态环境问题的根本前提,是建设＂两型＂社会的哲学根据。以人为本是科学发展观的核心,也是＂两型＂社会建设的出发点和归宿。对人类未来应充满信心。
