我国政府在创业投资中的角色定位及重建

创业投资自身的特点及我国的国情决定了政府必须介入创业投资活动,促进创业投资发展。但从美国等发达国家的经验及我国的实践效果看,政府介入创业投资活动必须合理定位。我国政府直接从事创业投资具体活动,定位出现了偏差,造成投资效果和效益不佳。建议我国政府应在创业投资活动中定位为供给引导资金、制度及政策、环境、人力资源等角色。

The Role Orientation and Reconstruction of Government in the Venture Capital

The characteristic of venture capital and the national condition of our country have decided that the government must intervene in venture capital(VC) investment and promote the development of venture capital.But from the experience of developed countries such as the United States and the practice of our country,government intervention in VC must make reasonable orientation.The government of our country directly involved in the specific activities of VC,if positioning deviation,it will bring the poor effect and efficiency of investment.It is suggested that the government should intervene in venture capital as supply fund,system and policy,environment,human resources and so on.
