农民合作社电商采纳能否“一网就灵”?——兼论“合伙人”制度形成的可能性

摘    要:基于安徽省296家合作社调查数据,分析了电商采纳对合作社多维绩效的影响效应及其作用机制。研究发现:电商采纳显著增进了合作社绩效,与未采纳电商时相比,绩效提高一倍以上;电商采纳显著增进合作社经营绩效、收入绩效和社会绩效,但对治理绩效影响不显著,且对经营绩效增进效应高于收入绩效。电商采纳虽提升了合作社利润和社员收入,但合作社“合伙人”制度还远未形成,供应链价值增值收益更多被合作社获取。机制分析发现,渠道接入、价值增值、收购价提高和示范带动增进合作社经营绩效、收入绩效和社会绩效,但收购量增加并没有对社员增收起到显著作用,社员也没有形成与合作社的要素契约联结。

Abstract:Based on the survey data of 296 cooperatives in Anhui Province,this paper analyzes the effect of e-commerce adoption on the multi-dimensional performance of cooperatives and its mechanism.The study found that the adoption of e-commerce significantly improved the performance of cooperatives,which was more than doubled compared to when e-commerce was not adopted;the adoption of e-commerce significantly improved the operating performance,income performance and social performance of cooperatives,but the impact on governance performance was not significant.And the improvement effect on operating performance is higher than income performance.The adoption of e-commerce has increased the profit of cooperatives and the income of members,but the cooperative agricultural“partnership”system is far from being formed.The value-added income of the supply chain is more obtained by the cooperative.Mechanism analysis found that channel access,value appreciation,increased purchase price and Demonstration drives the improvement of cooperatives operating performance,income performance and social performance,but the increase of purchase has not played a significant role in increasing the income of members,and members have not formed a factor contractual connection with the cooperatives.The research findings have guiding significance for government policymaking.
