| 摘 要： | 行政因素的大量介入是中国MBO的一大特点,也是造成MBO诸多问题的一个重要原因。减少政府对MBO定价和管理层选择的操纵,加快政府对MBO的立法工作,对中国MBO的健康发展具有重要意义。

| Abstract: | it is a major characteristic of China's MBO that there are much intervention from the adminis trative factors which is also an key reason resulting in many problems related with MBO. The healthy development of MBO in China will significantly benefit from mitigating the degree of manipulation of the choice of management and MBO pricing from the government and accelerating the government' s legislation work on MBO. |
