My View on the Spirit and Tradition of School Management of Northwest University

The present thesis deals with the connotation of the traditional spirit of Northwest University,makes a thorough study of the spirit and tradition of school management of the centenary university.The university has been adhering to the following principles:setting up of the school for the country;catering to the needs of the west of our country;bringing up the advanced specialized personnel;persisting in the opening policy of combining Chinese and western methods of school management;seeking for realistic spirit and being pragmatic;canying forward the fine academic atmosphere and disciplines;inheriting the glorious tradition;being patriotic,honoring our university and acting on the scientific and democratic spirit;keeping up the practice of school management through arduous effort and constantly striving for further progress.The thesis discusses the fine spirit and tradition of school management,their promotive function and influence on the development of the university.
