| 摘 要： | 目前,我国出现前所未有的能源紧绷局面,原因是多方面的:从国内看,是由于经济过热,高耗能产业超速增长;对能源需求预测不足,基础建设滞后;能耗太高,浪费过于严重。从国际看,是由于油价飙升并持续走高,发达国家高耗能产业向我国梯次转移,等等。

| Abstract: | At present,China is faced with an unparalleled energy predicament,for which there are many reasons:domestically,it is due to overheating of the economy and overgrowth of high energy-consuming industries,to underestimate of energy demand and lag of infrastructure,and to high consumption of energy and excessive extravagance;internationally,it is due to the soar of oil price and its steady growth,to the gradational transferance of high energy-consuming industries from developed countries to us and so on. |
