| 摘 要： | 采用无缝药芯焊丝做焊芯,外涂石墨化药皮制成铸铁焊条,通过研究碳对焊条性能的影响规律,研制成功了铸458焊条。这种新型的铸铁焊条含Ni<28％,具有良好的抗裂性能和机加工性能,现已用于铸铁件的焊补。

| Abstract: | The effct of carben on properties of cast iron electrode with flux-cored wire of seamless has been investigated by Using flux-cored wire of seamless and graphitisation electrcxle coatings. As a result, a new type of electrode, Z458 containing Ni<28% with high crack resistance and good machinability has been developed and employed sucessfully in repairing welding of cast iron. |
