| 摘 要： | 本文在回顾梅贻琦先生生平与教育实践基础上,着重分析了他的大学教育理念。认为梅 贻琦的大学教育理念主要体现在:第一,强调自由地开展学术研究;第二,主张通才教育;第三,提出了网 络天下人才的"大师论";第四,确立了"教授治校"制度。

| Abstract: | Based on reviewing the life of Mr.MEI Yiqi and his educational practice,the article analyses emphasizely his idea of college education and points out that his idea of college education are shown in 4 aspects: firstly, paying more attention to promoting academic research freely; secondly, advocating liberal education; thirdly, putting forward the theory of great master;fourthly,establishing the system of controlling school by professors. |
