对我国户籍制度变迁的经济学思考

本文作者试图从经济学角度对我国的户籍制度变迁作出自己的理解。文章利用外在制度和内在制度的关系,解释了我国户籍制度产生的合理性,认为户籍制度的产生是特殊时代的产物,它适应了时代要求。然而由于改革开放和市场经济体制的逐步建立,它又阻碍了整个社会资源配置帕累托最优的实现,也有悖于经济个体追求效用最大化的原则,这种制度日益成为社会进步的桎梏,从而变迁也就在所难免。但是户籍制度改革也面临着诸多困难,文章最后提出了几点政策建议。

The economic thinking on change of the system of residence registration

This paper explains the rationality of emergence of the system of residence registration through the relationship of exterior system and interior system. The author believes that emergence of the system of residence registration is the result of the special times in our country. However, with the reform and development of the society, this system is becoming the shackle of the social progress, therefore changing is unavoidable. But the reform of the system of residence registration is faced with many difficulties. The author gives some suggestions on the reform of the system of residence registration.
