现代远程教育中的教师

摘    要:近五年多来,现代远程教育在国内得到了巨大的发展。然而对远程教育的认识尚未到位,现代远程教育的质量也有待提高。要搞好现代远程教育,保证远程教育的教学质量,关键是教师。从事现代远程教育的教师需要转变观念,在理论引导、素质要求、教学模式、教学能力等方面不断适应现代远程教育发展的需求,同时管理部门对从事现代远程教育的教师应有新的评价体系。

Abstract:Modern distance education has been greatly developed for nearly five years in China. But the understanding about this new style is relatively insufficient, and the quality of modern distance education needs improving. The key to ensure the quality of distance education in China is the quality of teachers. Those who are engaged in this field should change their conceptions. They should adapt themselves to the needs of the development of distance education in various aspects such as theoretical guidance, intrinsic requirement, instructive mode and teaching ability. Meanwhile, the administrative departments should put forward a new system to evaluate those teachers who are involved in modern distance education.
