| 摘 要： | 廉政政策执行力是执行主体为实现廉政目标，运用各种手段或措施，调配和利用各种资源，将廉政政策内容作用于政策对象并转化为实际行动的能力、力量及效力等构成的一种合力。它包括廉政政策执行理解力、向心力、领导力、协同力等多个方面，政策问题本身、政策执行环境、政策执行主体和政策执行参与者是影响廉政政策执行力的重要因素，提升廉政政策执行力对促进廉政政策的贯彻执行有着重要的作用。

| Abstract: | The execution of incorrupt policy is a resultant force of action ability , strength , and effectiveness of the policy, with the executive body using various measures and resources to achieve the target .It includes the un-derstanding of the policy implementation , centripetal force , leadership , collaborative force and so on .The impor-tant factors of policy execution include policy itself , policy environment , policy implementation subject and partici-pants.We should enhance the execution of incorrupt policy to promote its implementation . |
