摘    要:在现实劳动关系中,民营企业劳动争议频繁发生。建立民营企业劳动争议预防机制:推行劳动合同制度,规范民营企业的用工行为,实行劳动合同管理的规范化,并相互协调结合起来,形成完整的预防机制。这样,一旦发生劳资争议,能够及时处理,化解业主和职工的矛盾,增强社会的稳定性。

Abstract:In the actual labor relation, labor disputes are frequently emerged in the private sector enterprises. We should build a preventive mechanism of labor disputes in private sector enterprises, implement labor contracts, standardize the employment, and carry out in coordination the management of labor contract, so as to build a complete mechanism of prevention. Thus, should any labor disputes emerge, one would handle it in time, settle down the conflicts between the employer and the worker, and improve the social stability.
