| 摘 要： | 心理素质是高素质人才培养的根本要求,高校培养高素质人才必须高度重视大学生心理素质教育,切实做好大学生的心理健康教育。论述了大学生的心理素质教育的必要性,并对当前大学生在心理素质方面存在的主要问题及心理健康问题的成因进行了分析,同时指出目前大学生心理素质教育方面存在的问题,在此基础上提出加强大学心理素质教育的一些途径和方法。

| Abstract: | The psychological quality is a foundation of the high-quality-talents.Universities have to put more emphasis on psychological quality education of university students and implement practically university students' psychological health education.The necessity psychological quality education was elaborated,by analyzing the main problems on the aspect of psychological quality of the present university students,and the causes as well.Then the present problems in psychological quality education were pointed out,and some possible ways and methods to strengthen it were put forward. |
