| 摘 要： | 以山西省11个地级市为样本,测度了其科技型人才集中程度及变动趋势。运用泰尔指数法对山西省地级市科技型人才分布区域差异进行了分解,并分析、解释了其差异原因,得出：山西省科技型人才分布总体差异呈逐年缩小趋势;太原的科技型人才集中程度较高;山西科技型人才分布差异主要是由中部地区内差异,以及北部、中部和南部地区间差异构成;科技财政拨款和高校在校生数是解释山西省科技型人才分布差异的主要原因。
