| 摘 要： | 协调我国区域法制冲突问题,推进我国区域法制建设已成为促进区域经济发展和区域合作的首要议题。只有大力推动我国区域法制冲突协调机制和程序的发展和完善,逐步完成对区域法制协调体系的构建,才能真正促进我国区域经济和区域一体化进程的发展。
