| 摘 要： | 我国是个多民族国家，民族区域经济的发展在我国的经济进程中占有举足轻重的地位。当前，我国正处于经济体制转轨、社会转型的重要时期，制度对经济发展，特别是对落后的民族地区具有重要意义。本文从民族区域经济发展相对落后这一普遍性特征出发，将全国150多个民族自治地方作为研究对象，以制度变迁为主线，试对民族区域经济发展过程中生产要素效率的制度约束进行分析，并提出相关建议。
