| 摘 要： | 1999年欧元问世并在2002年实现全流通，给包括东亚在内的有意联合自强的区域和发行区域货币提供了示范。东亚在经历了1997年金融危机和美国次贷危机诱发的全球金融危机洗礼后，各国已经有意在货币领域进行合作，但东亚是否适宜于组建货币区呢？本文借鉴有关最优货币区的贸易理论，对东亚的国际贸易地位、贸易依存度、区域内贸易和产业内贸易进行分析，得出东亚适宜于组建货币区的结论。

| Abstract: | Euro launched in 1999 and became the real currency of 12 nations in 2002, which gives an example for the regions which intend to unite and launch common currency. Each country of East Asia has the intention to cooperate in the currency field after the impact of East Asia crisis in 1997 and the global financial crisis leading by sub -prime mortgage loan crisis of United States. However, is East Asia feasible to form a currency area？ The paper analysis the trade status, trade dependency, interior trade and intra - industry trade of East Asia and concludes that it is feasible to form a currency area by applying trade theory of Optimal Currency Areas. |
