唱好职业教育的“配角戏”

社会问题在深入家庭的同时也正在向学校渗透,这不仅影响了学生对学习的态度而且扭曲着部分学生的心理。当我们费尽心思为学生进行某一方面的矫正时,投诸社会的是更多的抱怨,甚至认为它才是学生心态失衡、厌倦学习的“罪魁祸首”。然而,在我的教学当中,社会则是一把尺子、一面镜子,我教给学生如何去看,如何去做,如何去适应并超越开来。这对提高学习兴趣、培养完美人格十分重要！因为回避总不是办法。

Play a Good Supporting Role in Vocational Education

Social problem goes deep into both families and schools. Those problems not onlyaffect the students' study attitude but also distori some students' minds. When we are racking ourbrains in correcting these in students, they complain more about "society". Even someone thinksthat it is the chief culprit, which makes the students' mentality out of balance and let them feeltired of study. While in my teaching life, society is just like a ruler or a mirror. I teach thestudents how to see, how to do, how to adapt themselves to the society and how to surpassthemselves. That's very important in arousing study interests and training perfect personalities.Because avoiding problem is not the way to solve a problem.
