| Abstract: | National Human Rights Plans of Action of China is not only a policy document for promotion and protection of human rights,but also the specific performance of international human rights obligation undertook by China.Making and implementing National Human Rights Plans of Action,in form and content,is based on international law.Because of this,the Chinese government should take it seriously and realize progressively all tasks set forth in National Human Rights Plans of Action by all appropriate means. |
