| 摘 要： | 科研管理是高校工作的重要组成部分，科研管理人员的素质直接影响到高校科研管理工作的水平及其发展的速度和幅度。文章运用系统理论探讨高校科研管理者素质维度的构建，认为科研管理者素质应由内隐素质、创新素质、知识素质、职业素质等四个维度所构成。
