从2005年开始,我国农业在加入WTO谈判中争取的过渡期基本结束,中国大米在价格方面的传统优势正在丧失,作为我国最大的优质商品水稻基地的黑龙江省,面临进出口配额逐步取消、关税降低,国外竞争压力不断加大的局面,为此,分析黑龙江省水稻国际竞争力影响因素、主动发挥稻谷产业的优势,提高黑龙江省水稻的国际竞争力,抵御国外同类产品的冲击值得人们思考。

The Analysis of Influential Factors to Rice International Competitiveness in Heilongjiang Province

From 2005 onwards,China's agriculture in the WTO accession negotiations for the transition ba- sically ended and entered the WTO transitional period.The conventional advantage of China' s flee on price is disappearing.As the biggest high quality white rice base of China,Heilongjiang province is faced with the situ- ation of import -export quotas canceled,custom reduced,overseas competitive pressure incessant increase.It is significant to analyze the Influential factors to competitiveness of Heilongjiang rice,initiative exert the advan- tage of flee,to improve the international competitiveness of Heilongjiang rice and to resist overseas flee.
