| 摘 要： | 随着高校教育改革的不断深入，服务青年学生成长成才已成为高校共青团工作最有效的切入点。高校共青团工作应该主动适应形势的发展和青年学生成长成才的实际，构建思想政治教育、课外科技创新、学生社会实践和校园文化活动四大工作体系，才能更好地为青年学生成长成才服务。
