| 摘 要： | 西部大开发最根本的是人才。我国少数民族和民族地区主要集中在西部地区。实施西部开发亟待加快少数民族和民族地区各类人才的培养。我们应进一步更新人才观念 ,强化人才意识 ;努力创新机制 ,适时调整政策 ;明确战略重点 ,突出市场导向 ;加大工作投入 ,强化人才培训。

| Abstract: | Talents play a very important role in the development of West China.Most of China's minority ethnic groups and ethnic minority areas are in the west.Therefore,to implement western development means to step up the training of various professional talents with ethnic minority background for minority areas.It is a must to further renew our ideas about talents,strengthen the sense of talent training,try hard to renew mechanism,urevise relative policies in time,make clear the focal point of the work,make the market-orientation be highlighted,and strengthen the training of talents. |
