| 摘 要： | ＂人肉搜索＂涉及到道德问题,利用＂人肉搜索＂扬善惩恶体现了积极的道德追求。但＂人肉搜索＂也产生了一定的道德困境,原因在于部分网民缺乏道德责任感、转型期道德缺位、网民的权利、义务分离。为了从道德上规制＂人肉搜索＂,网民们应加强自律,网站和传统媒体也应恪守其职业道德。

| Abstract: | ＂Human-powered search＂ is a moral phenomenon;it reflects our social moral values.Its emergence and development has led to a certain degree of moral dilemma,because some netizens lack a moral sense of responsibility,and fail to observe separation of rights obligations.In order to regulate morally ＂Human-powered search＂,netizens should strengthen self-discipline,and websites and traditional media should abide by their professional ethics. |
