| 摘 要： | 油田的物资供应是石油企业降本增效的主要着力点,提高油田物资供应管理的水平意义重大。根据目前石油企业物资供应管理工作中存在的问题,建议油田物资供应管理部门提高物资采购管理工作的水平,加强物资供应管理信息系统的建设,提高物资仓储管理工作的水平,加强对物资供应、使用信息的跟踪和反馈。

| Abstract: | The material supply of oilfield is the main focus of reducing cost and improving effectiveness in oil enterprises and therefore,it is significant to improve the level of material supply management in the oilfield. According to the existing problems of material supplymanagement in oil enterprises, it is recommended that the management department of oilfield material supply should improve the levelof materials procurement management, strengthen the construction of material supply management information system, improve the levelof material storage management, and intensify the tracking and feedback of material supply and usage information. |
