| 摘 要： | 1972年11月,孟加拉国制定的宪法规定了孟加拉国的政治、经济、公民权、外交等一系列基本原则,成为孟加拉国民主政治的起点.1973年-2004年间,孟加拉国议会对宪法中关于国家政权、领土、公民权、妇女参政等内容先后形成了14条宪法修正案.孟加拉国宪法的制定和修正,显示了孟加拉国宪法的特点.

| Abstract: | In November 1972,the Constitution of Bangladesh provides a series of basic principles of politics,economy,civil rights and diplomacy,which has become the starting point of democracy in Bangladesh.From 1973 to 2004,the Bangladesh Parliament has drawn up 14 constitutional amendments on the constitutional right of state power,territory,civil rights,and women's political participation.The enactment and amendment of the Constitution of Bangladesh demonstrates its own characteristics. |
