2001—2011年河南省产业结构效益综合分析

加快产业结构调整是实现中原崛起、河南振兴的关键所在,正确认识和评价河南产业结构效益则是产业结构调整的前提和基础。文章运用比较劳动生产率及其差异指数和动态偏离-份额分析模型两种方法,对2001—2011年河南省产业结构效益进行了综合分析。结果显示:河南产业结构效益逐渐提高,但仍低于全国产业结构效益水平,其中第二产业劳动生产率优势明显,第一产业和第三产业劳动生产率都没有优势。河南因第二产业竞争优势明显,导致三次产业在整体上呈现竞争优势。河南因第一产业结构劣势明显,导致三次产业在整体上呈现结构劣势。从整体看,河南竞争优势大于结构劣势。

A Comprehensive Analysis of Industrial Structure Benefit of Henan Province from 2001 to 2011

To speed up the adjustment of industrial structure is the key to the rise of central China and development of Henan province. The correct understanding and evaluation of Henan industrial structure benefit is the precondition and foundation of industrial structure adjustment. The present paper adopts two analytic models,i. e. comparative labor productivity and the difference index,and dynamic shift-share analysis,to carry out a comprehensive analysis of the industrial structure change and efficiency in Henan province from 2001 to 2011. The results are as follows: the industrial structure efficiency in Henan has been gradually increased,yet it is still lower than the national level,among which the second industry labor productivity advantage is more obvious,the primary and tertiary industry labor productivity are relatively weak. The obvious advantage of the second industry in Henan lead to an overall competitive advantage of the tertiary industry. While the obvious disadvantage of the first industry structure in Henan lead to the overall disadvantage of the tertiary industry structure. As a whole,Henan's competitive advantage is better than the structural weaknesses.
