中原经济区城镇化进程中城乡文化资源融合优化路径研究

中原经济区城镇化进程中城乡文化资源融合存在流动不畅、国际化进程缓慢、政策和金融支持不到位、智能资源欠缺等问题。其产生的根源是思想观念落后、经济体制缺陷、政策法规滞后、管理体系不完善。因此,城乡文化资源融合必须实现优化,路径在于加强管理体制创新,完善政策保障机制;落实公共财政制度,健全金融支持机制;加大资源宣传力度,培育环境保护机制;深化市场体制改革,规范市场监督机制。

On the Optimal Path of the Culture Resources Allocation in Urban and Rural Areas in the Process of Central Plains Economic Zone Urbanization

In the process of Central Plains Economic Zone construction,how to make the profound and rich connotative culture resource as the starting point of promoting the development of cultural industries is an important research topic. Based on the comprehensive study of the plight of urban and rural cultural resources in the current central economic zone integration,the author explores how to make urban and rural cultural resources flow freely,how to use them rationally and efficiently,how to create a scientific and flexible optimal path integration. It is hoped that the present paper can provide a support for the cultural dimension of urbanization in the Central Plains Economic Zone construction,and to enhance the competitiveness of soft power and influence of the Central Plains Economic Zone.
