Effect of WTO Entry on Higher Education in China and Its Strategies

WTO entry promotes the internationalization and globalization process of higher education in China and aggravates the international competition and talent competition in higher education market.Higher education is facing a series of major and urgent challenge,reform efforts shall be further beefed up in institution of higher education.We should master WTO regulations as soon as,widen the right to handle institution's own affairs,enhance the exchange and cooperation with the outside world,improve the quality of education,develop non governmental higher education and improve viability and competition.
