| 摘 要： | 文章针对我国东部发展起来的企业集群,进行了经济学分析。认为这种发展模式促使企业细化分工,降低企业交易费用,发挥企业创新活力,便利企业融资产生乘数效应,协调企业与利益相关者的关系以及为企业走生态化道路创造条件,同时文章指出企业集群这种发展模式是我国企业发展的可取选择。

| Abstract: | The article studies the enterprise cluster in the Eastern Area of China.It indicates that the model of enterprise clusters are in favor of enhancing productivity of specialized enterprises,lowering transaction cost of enterprises,boosting innovation,absorbing capitals into enterprises and causing multiplier effects,handling properly the relation for enterprises with partners of interest so as to bring enterprises on the road of the harmonic development.Based on the analysis of the model,the author considers the model of enterprise clusters to be a worthy way in our country. |
