系统观视角下的环保常态机制与企业竞争力提升研究——我国台湾地区的经验及启示

以往研究较少关注建立环保常态机制与企业竞争力提升之间的关系。本文运用系统观的理论,构建环保常态机制的作用机理,以我国台湾地区企业、政府、社会共建环保机制的经验为对象进行理论匹配,分析了我国台湾地区环保常态机制的运作模式及其对企业环保制胜、提升国际竞争力的作用,在此基础上就我国环保事业的现状提出了针对性的建议。研究揭示出:企业是环保事业的实施主体,政府是环保实施的规制者,社会是环保行为的规范者;企业应该转变经营思维,将应对环保挑战与提升企业竞争力相结合。

The normal mechanisms of environmental protection and the upgrading of enterprise competitiveness from the perspective of system theory:a case study of Taiwan

This paper conducts a study from the perspective of system theory in light of the insufficient studies on the relationship between normal mechanisms of environmental protection and the upgrading of enterprise competitiveness.It first sets up an environmental protection mechanism;it then uses the case of Taiwan in which the enterprises,government and society work jointly for environmental protection to demonstrate the mechanism;it finally analyzes the operation of the Taiwan environmental protection mechanism and its influence on the improvement of companies’competitiveness and makes suggestions on the environmental protection in mainland China.The study reveals that enterprises are the agents of the environmental protection,governments are policy-makers and that society is the supervisor;companies should abandon their stereotypes and take the environmental challenges as an opportunity to enhance the competitive edge.
