大连经济技术开发区时序发展演进轨迹分析

大连经济技术开发区是改革开放后批准成立的第一个国家级经济技术开发区。经过 2 0年的发展建设 ,大连经济技术开发区的经济建设、环境建设和社会事业得到了蓬勃发展 ,形成了独具特色的比较优势。本文在对大连经济技术开发区的发展进行系统梳理的基础上 ,试对开发区的战略定位、产业发展、招商引资等方面的时序发展演进轨迹进行了研究。

Analysis on the development progress track in time order for Dalian Economic and Technological Development Area

Dalian Economic and Technological Development Area is the first state-le vel economic and technological development area approved and established after C hi na implemented the Reform and Open-up Policy. After 20 years' development and c o nstruction, there have been vigorous development in economic construction, envir onmental construction and social cause and a comparative advantage of unique cha racteristics have been formed. This article tries to make a research on the deve lopment progress track in time order of strategic justification, industrial deve lopment, investment promotion and other aspects of Dalian Development Area on th e basis of systematic carding of the development of Dalian Development Area.
