论商务谈判能力

摘    要:商务谈判能力是每一个涉足商海的经营者必备的基本能力。这种能力的强弱直接决定他在交易中获得或支出的利益的多少。它是一个经营者各方面学识、水平、技能的综合体现。文章分析了商务谈判能力的构成及培养、发展商务谈判能力的途径,对商务人员和经营管理者培养、提高自身的谈判能力有一定借鉴作用。

Abstract:The ability of business negotiation, one of the basic abilities which every businessman should possess, directly decides the interests and costs in a business contraction, and comprehensively reflects the aspects of a businessman's knowledge, technology relative to business activties. In this article the author analyses the components of the ability to negotiate, and the way to develop this ability. This article will be beneficial to enhancing the manager's ability of negotiation.
