| Abstract: | Deng Xiaoping's ideology on talents mainly encompasses the following aspects; Respecting knowledge and talented persons; taking both political integrity and ability as the standard of talented persons; attaching importance to practical achievements; being adept in understanding and appointing talented persons; discarding uniformity of standards in selecting and employing people of talent. Deng Xiaoping's thought of talents education gives priority to the development of education, sets forth the general goal, the best ways and methods for the development of China's education undertaking, and points out that the political and ideological education is the important guarantee for the cultivation of qualified people of talent. |
