传统中医研究方法与中医妇科生殖节律理论

从传统中医研究方法入手 ,通过对中医妇科生殖节律理论的主要组成部分———月经节律与调周法、生殖节律与心肾子宫轴及任督循环圈、中医妇科生殖节律理论中的数律学说三大理论体系形成的分析 ,阐明了中医妇科生殖节律理论的形成与哲学思维指导下的传统中医研究方法关系十分密切。指出中医妇科生殖节律理论的形成丰富了中医妇科学诊治的理论内容 ,对当今条件下中医理论的发展具有重要的借鉴作用。提出中医妇科生殖节律理论的进一步发展仍须以传统中医研究方法为锲入点和原动力 ,通过大量的临床实践来不断地完善与修正

Research Methodology of Traditional Chinese Medicine and Theory of Reproduction Rhythm in TCM Gynecology

Based on the research methodology of traditional Chinese medicine, this paper deals with the main components of the reproduction rhythm in TCM gynecology, i.e. menstrual cycle and its regulation, reproduction rhythm and heart-kidney-uterus axis, circulation of the Du and Ren Meridians, and an analysis of the formation of the three theoretical system in TCM reproduction rhythm theory. The authors believe that the formation of the theory of reproduction rhythm is closely related to the research methodology of traditional Chinese medicine based on philosophical thought and point out that the formation of the theory of reproduction rhythm has enriched the theory of diagnosis and treatment of TCM gynecology and serves as important reference to the development of the theory of traditional Chinese medicine. The author put forward the view that the further development of the theory of reproduction rhythm should still be based on the research methodology of traditional Chinese medicine and should be perfected through clinical practice.
