| 摘 要： | 胡锦涛在纪念改革开放30周年大会上一句北；于通用白话“不折腾”难倒了国内外媒体界的双语精英。一时间，“不折腾”成了2009年的流行语，“不折腾”的翻译问题也成为大家讨论的热点。就“不折腾”的语用文化内涵以及翻译问题进行了讨论，旨在抛砖引玉，期待更好的翻译方法。

| Abstract: | During a commemorative event to celebrate 30 years of China＇s reform and opening up, president HU Jing-tao used a colloquial phrase ＂buzheteng＂, which is popular among the people in northern China, and which made it difficult and even impossible for the foreign English media to neatly translate into English. It immediately became China＇s 2009 catchphrase and its translation is now still a hot topic. The pragmatic and cultural connotation and the translation of ＂＇ buzheteng＂ for the purpose of getting valuable ideas and better translations from other scholars are discussed. |
