| 摘 要： | 班级是将学生团队凝聚在一起的一种最基本和常见的组织形式。以社会阶层分布原理作为理论支撑点，结合班级具体情况，提出了“橄榄型”班级分层管理模式。这对培养与提升大学生的自我意识，实现学生的全面、协调、可持续发展有着重要的实践价值。

With social strata distribution theory as the theoretical anchor and class specific situation, ＂featured＂ class layered management mode was proposed. So as to cultivate and improve the students＇ self perfect consciousness, realize students＇ all-round quality, coordinated and sustainable development. |
