| Abstract: | There exist some problems of structural unbalance, poor investment environment and high tax in the market of middle-high level real estate in Luoyang.The city should enhance macro-regulation, fix the price reasonably, support in finance, cultivate and develop secondhand real estate market to insure middle-high level real estate market develop healthily and continually. The city should also perfect the system of the real estate market and the real estate enterprises should raise service consciousness and the level of professional management. |
