| 摘 要： | 1978年前后中国农村改革的动力来自农村内部,是农民自下而上地发动的,是农民的需求与行为主导了政策的变化,而非政策引导着农民的行为。这种内生性的改革,是现实经济状况、农民的生存需求与政策博弈的结果。

| Abstract: | The motive force of China's rural reform in the 1970s came from the inside of the countryside.It was launched by farmers from the bottom up.It was the farmers' requirement and the action that dominated the change of the policy,and not vice versa.This inside form was the game result among the realistic state of the economy,farmers' survival needs and the policy. |
