我国农村土地制度现状分析及改革对策探索

文章以我国解决"三农"问题和建设社会主义新农村为背景,以农村土地制度改革为视角,分析我国现行农村土地政策中存在的问题及其引发的消极影响,并在经济学层面上探讨农村土地制度改革的对策及合理化建议。

Present Situation and Reform Countermeasures to China's countryside Land System

On the basis of solving the problems about the countryside and the peasant as well as the agri- culture and constructing the new socialist contryside,the article analyzes the problems that exists in the cont.- side land policy in effect and the negative influnee that caused by the problems; then from the economic an- gle,go further into the contermeasures to reform the countryside land system and the rationalization proposal.
