| 摘 要： | 管制是政府利用法规对市场进行的制约。市场化就是一个放松政府管制、引入市场竞争、优化资源配置的过程。中国在市场化发展过程中要放松对基础产业的管制 ,规范政府行为 ,加强法制建设 ;在产权改革中 ,要采取渐进方式 ,正确认识知识经济的含义 ,明确技术进步是经济增长的结果。

| Abstract: | Administration means the governmen t control the market with laws and regulations.Marketlization is a proce s s of loosening the administration of the government,introducing market competit io n and optimizing resource allocation.Several problems should be paid more atten t ion in the development of the Chinese market research as regularizing the govern ments functions with laws,clarifying the real meaning of knowledge economy,realizing t he causal relations between technological pogress and economic grow. |
